Don't worry, I have been around on Deviantart on occasion, I just have been so busy with so many other things...

Next season is the 55th Anniversary of the Emo Speedway. I am slowly making plans to make it one of the best years at the Emo Speedway yet! Hopefully, the Board of Directors have some great ideas as well to get the word out and present the wonderful and vibrant history of the racing community as a whole.

Ok, Update on my life, for anyone who cares.

Last Spring, I got my Bachelor of Arts (History) Degree at the University of Manitoba. I am currently attending the school for a second Arts degree in Native Studies which I will get in April 2008.

Also, my Northern Super Stock Touring Series was a success last season. Hope to have two more tracks added to the program in 08 and one last race in Emo.

I am the President of the Borderland Racing Association! I got elected on December 16th. Hopefully things work out well. This will most likely be my last year with the Association. I figure after five years of volunteering there, it is almost time to move on in my life.

I was going to update my journal a few weeks back but the internet crashed and today is a race day, so I don't have much time to write.

Just wanted to let you know that the first round of the Northern Super Stock Touring Series was a HUGE success! We had 32 cars that drove as far as Billing, Montana (Which was a 16 hour drive). It was great racing and everything. Here are some pictures:

Wow! I haven't updated my journal in 39 days! Which means the season opener would be tomorrow! But unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate at last week's Work Bee so we had to move it to this weekend and the opener will now be on May 19th! So, 8 days to go until the Season Opener! Its also my birthday that weekend on May 20th! My sister and Brother-in-law are coming and one of my good friend's as well. Next weekend is going to rock! As long as it doesn't rain...
